Brotherhood meeting was opened by president, Dick Strecker, at 7:10 p.m.  The minutes of the previous brotherhood meeting were read and accepted.  The treasures report followed:

Mark Cheren expressed his view on the critique saying that it is going fine and critique is in good shape financially.  Mark also asked for volunteers to help to a few critiques.

Move: that the Kappa Omicron chapter approve  the Alpro Caterers for our spring banquet on the ninth, 1964.  Passed.

The recording secretary next read a letter of resignation from David Mathieson said he could not fulfill his position as third vice president of the chapter.  Danny Myshrall was nominated by the Executive Board for the position.

A petition concerning admission to the fraternity by Greensboro College in Greensboro, North Carolina was voted on and past.

There will be a membership meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 1964.

Move: that the secretary cast a white ballot to Denny Myshrall as third vice president of the chapter.  Carried.

The next brotherhood meeting will be April 7, 1964 at 7 p.m.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m..
